Teaching Children, Tweens, Teens, and Parents Tools to Manage Anxiety, OCD and OCD-related Disorders
I offer therapy and mental health services to help young people deal with worried feelings that are bossy and do not like taking “no” for an answer. My approach gives kids and parents the skills they need to build resilience, develop coping mechanisms for life, and take back charge of their lives.

How Julie works
All humans are born with the capacity to feel. We are not, however, born with the knowledge of what to do with strong emotions. I help children and teens learn ways to identify overwhelming feelings and discover ways to express and manage them.
A comfortable, positive place to be seen
My primary goal is that the clients with whom I work feel comfortable. Without feeling safe, meaningful therapeutic work cannot take place. My office is open and inviting, with a plethora of tangible coping tools for children and adolescents to use during sessions.
Visit how you need to
While I prefer in-person appointments, I understand that it’s not always possible. I happily offer virtual options to ensure your family can get the help you need in a way that suits you.
