Teaching Children, Tweens, Teens, and Parents Tools to Manage Anxiety, OCD and OCD-related Disorders
Therapy and mental health services to help young people deal with worried feelings. Julie’s approach gives kids and parents the skills they need to build resilience, develop coping mechanisms for life, and take back charge of their lives.
How Julie works
All humans are born with the capacity to feel. We are not, however, born with the knowledge of what to do with strong emotions. Julie helps children and teens learn ways to identify overwhelming feelings and discover ways to express and manage them.
A comfortable, positive place to be seen
Julie’s primary goal is to make her clients feel comfortable. Without feeling safe, meaningful therapeutic work cannot take place. Her office is open and inviting, with a plethora of tangible coping tools for children and adolescents to use during sessions.
Visit how you need to
While she prefers in-person appointments, Julie understands that it’s not always possible. She happily offers virtual options to ensure your family can get the help you need in a way that suits you.
