How Julie works
All humans are born with the capacity to feel. We are not, however, born with the knowledge of what to do with strong emotions. I help children and teens learn ways to identify overwhelming feelings and discover ways to express and manage them.
A comfortable, positive place to be seen
My primary goal is that the clients with whom I work feel comfortable. Without feeling safe, meaningful therapeutic work cannot take place. My office is open and inviting, with a plethora of tangible coping tools for children and adolescents to use during sessions.

While I prefer in-person appointments, I understand that it’s not always possible. I happily offer virtual options to ensure your family can get the help you need in a way that suits you.
